Return Policy

STORE CLOSING. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO STORE CREDIT. ALL ITEMS SHIPPED AS IS.   NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES (LOST PACKAGES) IN SHIPMENT. ALL CLAIMS SHOULD BE FILED WITH CARRIER.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

DECOUPAGE PAPERS: 

We send all papers with tracking. Due to the unpredictability of the USPS we cannot guarantee delivery. If your papers are lost in shipping you will need to file a claim with the USPS. EFFECTIVE 4/4/22 WE WILL NO LONGER REPLACE OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR LOST PACKAGES. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free local pickup. Simply check that option at checkout and we'll have your order ready for pick-up next day excluding holidays and weekends.
